Sandra is an experienced professional, specialized in business transformation processes designed to support organizations and their leaders. Her areas of expertise include the formulation of analog and digital strategies, the alignment of projects with organizational strategy, the structuring of «tailor-made» models for project management and team development. She has more than 18 years of experience in companies in the financial, hydrocarbons, energy, technology and services sectors. Sandra found her passion in the integration of project management with business strategy and dedicated herself to building a differentiating consulting model, integrating business knowledge with best practices, which has led her to transcend both in the lives of people and organizations.

Sandra is a Systems Engineer, PMP certified since 2001 and has an MBA from INALDE Business School. She is married, has a daughter and, in her free time, she enjoys traveling, listening to music, movies and playing sports.
