Julian is passionate about change, and the transformation of the human being as the main agent of change in any initiative. Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Product owner, Agile Expert, PMP and RMP. Julian has more than 15 years of experience in organizational improvement consulting in various sectors of the economy throughout Latin America. International speaker for IBM, ISACA, ACIS, Itera, professor at universities such as Konrad Lorenz, Universidad Javeriana and Universidad de la Sabana.

Julian is a Systems Engineer with a specialization in Organizational Psychology with a strong background in coaching and change management at a personal and organizational level. He decided to combine disciplines of the human area in a deep conviction of generating a true integrity in the improvement efforts that any group or organization undertakes with technology, and this orientation is perfectly aligned with his purpose of transcending in people.

He is married, father of two daughters, an inveterate reader, loves to play sports, tennis, meditation, and social volunteer work.
